St Benedict Communications Team
One of the newly created deaneries of the Uromi Diocese – Ubiaja Deanery, elected its pioneer officers of the Laity Council to pilot their affairs for the next three years. The event took place on Sunday, October 16, 2016 and supervised by by Mrs. T.O. Enahoro, the 1st Vice President of Uromi Diocesan Laity Council, and was assisted by the Secretary General of the National Laity Council, Sir A.A. Idonin, who by divine providence is a member of Ubiaja parish and deanery
The following emerged at the close of the election exercise as the pioneer officers:
1. President – Mr. F.E. Idoloyi, St. Benedict Parish – Ubiaja
2. Vice President – Mr. Patrick Ebulu, St. Anthony Parish – Ewatto
3. Secretary – Mr. P.E. Eifiaribhor, St. Anthony Parish- Ewatto
4. Assistant Secretary – Mr. Gregory Ogbaisi, St. Benedict Parish – Ubiaja
5. Treasurer – Mr. P.O. Imhontu, St matthias Parish – Ewohinmi
6. Financial Secretary – Mr G.U.Unemhinlin, St Benedict Parish – Ubiaja
7.Public Relations Officer – Mr T.E. Ikoniko, St. Denis Parish- Ugboha
8.Provost I – Mr. Peter Amiobonosen, St Andrew Parish – Emu
9. Provost II – Mr. M.A. Ijebor, St. Anthony Parish – Ewatto
10. Welfare I – Mrs. Rosaline Onohendo, St. Andrew Parish -Emu
11. Welfare II – Prince John Ali, St. Benedict Parish – Ubiaja
12. Auditor I – Mr. P.U. Uidia, St. Matthias Parish – Ewohimi
13. Auditor II – Mrs. R.E. Abumhenre, St. Benedict Parish – Ubiaja.
